We had been in our Maryland home for almost 30 years and Jackie guided us through the steps for purchasing a property in New York. Within a couple weeks from our first contact we found a listing that we were very interested in. Jackie sent us additional information and we decided to see the house in person. She secured a viewing time right away. She arranged for a house inspector to do a verbal walkthrough with us. This gave us the advantage to make an offer that night with no contingencies.
